Alan Sills
Alan is co-owner and vice president of the Ralph P. Sills Insurance Agency. He obtained an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Miami University in 1979 and a law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1982. Alan joined Ralph P. Sills Insurance Agency in 1989 and specializes in personal and commercial lines of insurance. An avid sports fan, he is ready, willing, and able to converse about our Browns, Indians, Cavs and Buckeyes at the drop of a hat.
Dick Droe
Dick joined Ralph P. Sills Insurance Agency in 2000 with an extensive background in personal and commercial lines, having worked as an agent for Allstate Insurance for 28 years. Dick graduated from Kent State University in 1973 with a B.S. in secondary education. He also is a hard-core Cleveland sports fan, and is more than willing to discuss any local sports related topic.
Michelle Sills
Michelle has been employed by Ralph P. Sills Insurance Agency since 1993 as a licensed property and casualty agent. Prior to working for the firm, Michelle worked as a Claims specialist for several carriers for 18 years. She earned her B.S. degree from Ohio State University in 1979 in consumer economics. She keeps busy and active as a fitness instructor at several clubs in the area.
Ralph Sills
Ralph is co-owner, founder, and retired agent emeritus of the Ralph P. Sills Insurance Agency. He began his insurance career in 1950, opening his first office in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. In 1997 Ralph moved the agency to its current location in University Heights, Ohio. He graduated from Western Reserve University with a degree in business administration, and obtained his postgraduate degree in History from John Carroll University. Included among his many hobbies is an avid interest in antique guns, coins, and sports cards.
